For a number of years another artist and myself established an artist's studio cooperative in a 6000 square foot warehouse in the Miami Design District.  At its height we had 11 artists, musicians, photographers, craftspeople, and writers working and/or living there.  Those were quite creative and crazy times.  Later my partner bought me out and focused on renting to musicians and  television production people.  Renamed Vectra Studios the place went downhill and eventually out of business.
